1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the tap555 website accessible at tap555.lat and all associated services, features, and content.
• "Player" / "you" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the tap555 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player to access tap555 services.
• "Balance" means the real-money BDT funds held in a Player's tap555 account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits granted to a Player that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by tap555 before processing withdrawals.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency used for all Platform transactions.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.4 tap555 strictly prohibits the use of the Platform by persons under the age of 21. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a Player is under 21, we will suspend the account immediately pending verification and will void any transactions made during the period of suspected underage use.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. tap555 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via OTP for all accounts.

3.2 You must not share your account credentials with any other person. Any activity that occurs under your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. tap555 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep credentials secure.

3.3 If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact tap555 support immediately at [email protected]. We will investigate and, where appropriate, lock the account pending a full security review.

3.4 tap555 will never contact you by email or live chat asking for your full password. If you receive any such request purportedly from tap555, treat it as fraudulent and notify us immediately.

4. Deposits

4.1 All deposits to tap555 are made in BDT. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. For card transactions via Visa or Mastercard, the minimum deposit is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by tap555, although individual payment providers may apply their own transaction caps.

4.2 Deposits are credited to your tap555 account balance in real time for mobile money transactions and within 15 minutes for card transactions under normal processing conditions. tap555 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.3 All funds deposited to tap555 must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made from a bKash, Nagad, or bank account that does not belong to you — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating account where possible.

4.4 tap555 does not charge a fee for deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own service charges. Always confirm applicable charges with your payment provider before initiating a transaction.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 The minimum withdrawal amount on tap555 is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete.

5.2 tap555 targets withdrawal processing within 24 hours of approval for verified accounts. During peak periods, processing may take up to 48 hours. tap555 is not responsible for additional delays introduced by third-party payment processors.

5.3 Before your first withdrawal can be processed, you must complete KYC verification by submitting a clear copy of your Bangladesh NID and a recent proof of address document (such as a utility bill or bank statement issued within the last 90 days).

5.4 tap555 reserves the right to request additional verification documents for any withdrawal where there is a reasonable basis to conduct enhanced due diligence. This includes but is not limited to large withdrawal amounts, unusual account activity, or accounts flagged during routine compliance reviews.

5.5 Withdrawals of funds that were deposited but not staked are subject to an administrative review. tap555 reserves the right to apply a processing fee of up to 5% of the withdrawal amount where deposits are returned without meaningful wagering activity. This measure is in place to deter money-passing behaviour.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 tap555 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotional offers tied to events such as BPL cricket season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. 6.2 Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, the standard wagering requirement for all tap555 bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳30,000 in total qualifying wagers before the bonus or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn.

6.3 Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Where a Player requests a withdrawal before meeting the wagering requirement, tap555 will remove the bonus and any associated bonus winnings from the account balance.

6.4 Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. tap555 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, cancel a Player's participation in a promotion, or close an account where it suspects bonus abuse, matched betting, arbitrage, or coordinated exploitation of promotional terms.

6.5 tap555 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already claimed and actively being wagered at the time of the change.

7. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

7.1 Players are required to use tap555 in good faith and in compliance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in any way.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or display glitches to generate illegitimate winnings. Any winnings derived from an exploited error will be voided.
• Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or attempting to circumvent KYC procedures.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime through the tap555 Platform.
• Operating multiple accounts simultaneously or in succession to circumvent account-level restrictions or exploit welcome bonuses more than once.

7.2 tap555 employs fraud detection systems that monitor account activity continuously. Where prohibited conduct is detected, tap555 reserves the right to suspend the account immediately, void all open bets and pending withdrawals, and report the matter to relevant authorities where legally required.

8. Game Rules and Sportsbook

8.1 Casino games on tap555 are provided by third-party Game Providers. Each game operates according to the rules set by its respective provider. tap555 displays Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slots and table games where the provider makes such data available.

8.2 In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical failure mid-round, the affected round will be voided and any stake returned to the Player's balance. tap555 will not honour any claimed winnings from a round that did not complete successfully due to a technical issue.

8.3 Sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 internationals, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other events — are settled according to official results confirmed by the relevant governing body. In the event of a postponed, abandoned, or cancelled event, tap555's sportsbook settlement rules will apply as detailed in the individual market rules published within the sportsbook section of the Platform.

8.4 tap555 reserves the right to limit the maximum payout per bet, per event, or per day at its discretion. Maximum payout limits are displayed within the relevant game or market at the time of placing a bet.

8.5 In-play betting markets are subject to brief suspension during key moments of an event (such as a wicket falling in cricket). Any bets placed during a suspended market will be void. tap555 accepts no liability for bets placed based on information the Player knew or ought to have known was already in the public domain at the time of placing the bet.

9. Responsible Gaming

13. Amendments to These Terms
